Put it on no troubles. *phew* wasn't sure about that download manager but put that on. Made a very bad simself couple of me and Steve. Made one friend, can't figure how to garden for my LTW though. Oh yeah and got pregnant but it's 12 am long after I should be in bed so after my simself threw up I saved. I nearly burnt the house down too, but luckily only the stove. Me burning food and throwing up while pregnant is too close to RL! Seems like a lot of fun so far.

Sound like an adventure Jo! I've had my game for a while and have yet to get married and pregnant. I have my lifespan on the longest possible option, so I have plenty of time to enjoy the single life. In order to garden in this game, you have to find seeds. Just go to Central Park and you'll find several good seeds lying around to start with. Somes seeds are unplantable until your gardening skill go up.

Actually, you can buy fruits & veggies at the grocery store and plant them. If you take the gardening class at the science lab, they'll send you home with some, plus there's a lot of seeds in the grass there.

Oh yea, I forgot about buy them at the store...lol. Oh, guess what? My simelf in Riverview finally grew a money tree! Isn't it ironic, though? The family is MEGA RICH now and doesn't need a money tree!

I did buy vegetables at the supermarket, that's where sim Jo met and made her friend outside the supermarket. I don't know how she is suppose to learn gardening skill though. She can't do anything with what she bought. I'll try the science place and the park then. If she is feeling up to it.
I made us a married couple as I heard it was hard to hook them up.
Also male facial hair, where is it? Steve has a goatie as I can't find how to change it! Also I forgot about age length, I guess it's set on default.

You learn gardening skill by reading books, watching the gardening channel if you have a TV good enough to have all the channels, and by taking a gardening class. After you have your first gardening skill point, you also gain skill by gardening. As for your age settings, etc, just go into your options and look around at everything. You'll see where to change it at. Facial hair is with the hair, I think. There are tabs beneath the hair tab for eyebrows and facial hair to click on when you are looking at the hair.
