I got a comment about Severus Snape on my LJ too, but I deleted it straight away and banned the person from commenting on my LJ again. They said 'see you tomorrow' on it, so I made sure I deleted them and that my post was made to friends only. I might have to do that more if my IP address is on it.

That is creepy! REALLY creepy! I think I'm going to cut down on my lj usage now!

It's a shame because I really like using LJ and the format suits me, but it's one of the easiest sites to get hacked as it usually posts the user's IP address. I'm just going to post everything friends only (although I did forget today), so that only people who know me can see me on there.

I love LJ for the community feel. I thought posting the IP adress was to deter people from doing troll posts though. I don't think one confusing post in two years of usage is bad. I'll just delete the post and ban them. I figure most people visiting my journal will be simmers and anything about me personaly or my kids I have set to friends only.

I guess people likes to troll and been mean on other people's work. They also like attention as well.

I do the same thing jo. Anything personal is friend locked. I liked Lj for the ip loggin. I found that very useful. That person may have been a bot or random troll but I've have real jerks before also know as anonymous and guess where they came from... Simsecret
