Well today is Wednesday, so lets hope it is there. There is still tomorrow..but Friday is Christmas here. Edit:  DH just told me we have an Australian wide postal strike on! Man! Someone needs a good kick up the pants.   |

Well there is still some mail, but it's coming a whole heap slower. I still haven't got the two craft kits I sent away for on supposedly quick postage.  Paintable ceramic mugs meant for the kids to do for their grandparents. NOT.HAPPY.JAN! (Note: If Americans don't know that saying they should look it up!  ) |

Too funny! In the original add 'Jan' had forgotten to put the business add in the yellow pages phone directory. So when her boss went to look their phone add it wasn't there, and Jan can be seen bolting for her car and her boss (also female) leans out the window and yells "Not happy Jan!" But yes used towards those who have stuffed up is right.

Sorry Tina, not yet! I asked dh just before as he'd been to the PO.  Either it's the postal strike or it really is coming by ship. Air mail never takes this long. if it's via ship I would expect it maybe this week but more likely next week. |
