Sick...

Sorry I haven't been around today. I never even turned on my computer. Right now, I am on my laptop because it's almost my bedtime and I saw no sense in turning my big computer on, just to turn it right back off again.

I have been quite sick today. Besides my usual problems, my stomach has been upset and hurting today, so I basically spent the whole day vegetating in my recliner.

I am going to bed soon, but hopefully I will feel better tomorrow and be on here catching up bright and early.

Glad to hear your feeling better Tina, must have been just a good night's rest. I heard you have a sinus infection, is that what was wrong?

Thanks Sarie. But... I don't if I am actually feeling better. I've been feeling pretty sick again today. I most definitely think a sinus infection could be part of the problem. I get them chronically, so I pretty know when I have/am getting one.

That must be pretty cruddy some of the time. Do you take medication for sinus infections?

There isn't any medicine that helps my sinus infections. I have a sinus rinse that I buy from the pharmacy and I use that when necessary. Then if it doesn't clear up, I am forced to make an appointment with my sinus doctor and get it 'roto rooted'.

Not sure what that means, although I can kind of guess and it doesn't sound pleasant.

It means that the doctor will spray some numbing solution up my nose, and then clean out my sinus with an instrument that sucks the gunk out.
