Well, Today what I had for dinner

 It sounds like what happens at our house quite often so... don't feel too alone!  Tonight we had a nice pasta dish from a box; one of those homestyle bakes!

I had beef tips and white rice, yummy!
Though I could have had potatoes and corn with it as well, but I'm not a fan...

Beef tips are little chunks of beef/steak usually marinated in... heck I don't know...lol But they are tender and oh so juicy and delicious! ;D

Usually marinated in beef sauce??? LOL I don't even know exactly.

They are juicy and delicious... Oh, wow... it was so good. I don't even care that it came out of a box. Better a box than me cook... I've set fires in the microwave TWICE. Bagel Bites are flammable, did you know? I also learned not to put a chick-fil-a sandwich in the microwave with the bag still on it...  That one was so bad, my dad laughed after his brief lecture. My cooking is a joke now... I even burned MINUTE rice.  I stick to pre-made stuff... hehe. |

Wow, no offense, but how do you burn that?!?!
The worst microwave experience I've ever had was when me and my friend were babysitting her little sister, and we saw a kitty outside so we followed it and pet it for a while. We came back in, and her little sister wanted to make mac & cheese in the microwave, but she forgot to put water in it so it burned. We had to spray fabreeze EVERYWHERE!

I did chicken mango chicken last night, but that was a sauce jar Just cook up some rice, throw in the chicken and some frozen vegies easy. Tonight I will probably grab something from the freezer my arm has been paining me too much to cook. Stupid neck injury is flaring up again. |
