This is my first foray into Legacy Challenges in a long, long time. I had several attempts I began, but no matter how neat the plot, they all fizzled. Right up until I started working on this one. Now, I'll admit, the rules have been slightly bent: Although I did start our founder in University, I did not document his college years, believing that information to serve better as exposition than as a spotlighted area. Thank you, though it feels more like a welcome back. I loved the old board like this that I was once on, and I'm super happy to be back in this scene again.
I have the pictures taken for the next update, and I'm about to start on getting pics for the update after that. My stupid computer updated in the middle of my game, so I lost all my progress past the first child having his first day of school. =_=

My computer did that to me yesterday just as I was loading up the first house to play, and it takes my game half an hour from desktop to into a lot.  Remember to save often. I don't remember you, but welcome anyway. |

Torrac's an interesting one, with a past too. He's definitely more...blunt than the average Good Warlock, but I like him. He and Cara make a good couple, despite their differences, and Haruki is cute, looks like he takes after his Dad. Looking forward to seeing where you go with this! |

Hey, I'll be working on the next update sometime tonight. I've been playing the legacy lot all day to get the first gen chapters up to Uni years done. As such, I now have a difficult choice, as there are two very capable heirs before me. The obvious choice is staring me in the face, but in my experience, the obvious choice is never as fun a choice as leaving it to chance or reader preference. As such, I'm posting an heir poll to see who readers- or potential new followers- think should take the mantle of the Daisuke Legacy.

You make an interesting contract between official alignment and actual actions. Torrac may officially be "good," but he sounds like sort of a jerk. This is actually a sign of a well-written character! (I don't form opinions about poorly-written characters.) EDIT: And sometimes heir polls surprise you... you end up liking the one that everybody picked a lot, even it if wasn't your first choice. Welcome back to the community! |

I've caught up too. I think even without reading I picked the right one. Admittedly at the poll I simply went for who was better looking and the make up didn't help Naoto. But I like Haruk better, probably because he was given a lot more air time and character development. I had a feeling maybe Naoto was going to turn out to be an evil guy?

Well, Jo, be prepared for suspicions to be confirmed. Just to warn all of you, this particular chapter has some M-rated moments and strong language. You will see Naoto's butt, and possibly some girl's breasts. *has mods to take away censor blurring because it ruins the immersion in the story* The following chronicles Naoto's university years.
